Nice to know, I had so far just used the mash to make dubious booze to get some use out of rotted vegetables^^
Not just me then, even when selecting to make mash from apples all I'm getting is fermenting fruit juice which turns to wine.
I have been piling apples on merchants as bonus mats. You can make a ton of wine with them and it will burn them up. 20 batches will burn up 400 apples. But I do wish it was fermented apple juice and fermented grape juice and it became the appropriate beverage when it was finished. I could swear I did it one time and it turned into cider, a few patches back.
