But in all seriousness, I find that if I give them shrines and backgammon tables, they tend to take time out of their days on their own.
So Im trying to figure a good balance between work, sleep and leisure time.
An hour in the middle of a 12 hour shift.
Two or three hours of leisure before they go to bed.
Workers shifts are split/staggered so that most of them are semi fresh in case of emergencies.
They probably actually get less than 8 hours sleep and especially less than 4 hours leisure a day since they usually need to finish up their current project then travel before starting a break. On the other hand, they only need to "top off the tank" which makes it less likely an unexpected event throws everything into too much chaos.
sleep from 22 till 6(maybe 7) so they get a solid 8hours rest
2 hours of play after waking up
1 hour of anything followed by 4 hours of work
1 hour of anything (so if they wanna snack, play, wrok more, their choice) with another 4 hours of work
1 hour of anything and then 2 hours of play before bed
seems to work well in both games, if night owl i shuffle it but otherwise its the same hours but at night
Sleep, Anything, Leisure 1-24
