Wooden Beams?

So not sure how exactly these work, seems like no matter how I try to place them it won't let me place them

So, a max of 10 spaces. It needs to be between wall supports. To place the beam you need to adjust your viewing level until you see the whole of the wall support. It then shows as 'blue'.

...and for a worker to actually construct the beam, they need to be able to reach the tile containing one or other ends of the beam.
