I've replayed festung several times, making sure to use the railing + cement mxiker to dunk the loser, but I don't get credit for completing the kill chalenge. =|

Can I check you have considered the following:

- That you've made your way to the wooden railings nearby to dismantle it, and done it in stealth mode. When the target is looking away, you can sabotage the mixer, but this will make him suspicious and start to look around.

- At this point, Lanzo will approach the area to investigate and lean on the railings. As you have already loosened and dismantled it, Lanzo will slip and fall to his death, making it look like an accident.

- An alternate way would be to approach him from behind when alone. You will then be able to knock him unconscious, opening up the option of dealing with his body near the wooden railing once again.

- After taking him there, the prompt will appear to throw him over the railings into the cement pit. Actioning this will cause Lanzo to plummet to his death, while at the same time getting buried in cement. This method can be a bit time-consuming, and you will need to be patient when executing it.

Ah good to know I am not alone in this bug. My debriefing says three-star and I completed the kill challenge but the weapon is not unlocked and it shows as only two-star in the mission menu.

Getting him to fall into the cement is easy as anything, just spawn into the mission at the nearby house, run down, break the railing, and sabotage the mixer, then go back to the house, as long as you don't start a full-scale CF, he will end up dead in the cement. You just don't get the weapon or credit for it, as the other poster agreed.
