Host has left the game (12002)
My friend and me have the random connection problems "The host has left the game 12002".
What we tried so far:
- Changing the Host, doesn’t matter if I host the game or my friend. The partner will lose the connection after random time >5min.
- Firewall on both side turned off
- Rebooting PC
- Rebooting Fritzbox (Modem) on both sides
- Checking Connection, no interruption of continuous pings to google for example on both sides
- Changed LAN-Cable
- Installed latest Windows Updates
- Updated Network drivers
- Repairing the game data
- Enable the Port forwarding in the Router

But we still get the error, we running out of ideas now.

We wrote a mail already to the support but with no feedback yet (sent out on 2.7.23)

We need some help for that topic please!

Hey there. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection issues. Can I get your support ticket number so I can follow up on your query?
Since a week, I have the same issue. I get kicked out mid-game with the error message in the title... If I chose a different multiplayer game, I either cannot find any games or are allowed to enter one only to be kicked within a minute or so... Rather annoying, as you can imagine...

Hey Molly,

can you help me maybe again, it seems my mails doesnt reach your colleagues.
They wrote me, and asked me which platform i'm using, i replied with PC (Steam).
But i thes wrote me again 2 times that they waiting for an answer.
Can you contact maybe internally the support and inform hin that my mails are not coming through.
