EAC Multiplayer Error Issue

Hey Rebellion, I have EAC installed and enabled. However, when ever I try to start a multiplayer game I get the error "The anti-cheat service has blocked you from online play (11431) Easy Anti-Cheat Hash Catalogue not found". I have tried verifying game files, deleting the EAC folder and re-verifying again, clearing my download cache, verifying and restarting, turning EAC off and back on in the menu, reinstalling EAC.. but every time I still get this issue. Please help?

Thanks for taking it seriously and looking into it. Still having issues here. I don't *think* it's anything with my game or PC since EAC is "working" in that it is running and preventing me from playing. But if there is any kind of system info or data your team would like I will send what I can. Just tell me where to send it.

Anything further on this? I am still having the issue. Will send whatever system logs etc I can. Game is not crashing so I can't attach to the crash helper that comes up when that does occur.

Thanks for letting us know. I was hoping this update I had today would fix the issue but sadly it did not. I appreciate the response and effort though, thanks.

It's not just you... I still have the issue and it is frustrating indeed. I would have expected a fix by now, but it doesn't seem to be coming

The problem occurs even after the latest patch, no change for me.

Yeah I wouldn't expect this to be bundled into a cosmetic. That isn't a dig really. I appreciate the free dlc for what it is. I wish they would just remove EAC. I would rather block cheaters and play than not be able to play at all.

Nice looking DLC. I wish I had a reason to buy it.
