Teleport cheat
Someone teleported behind me during Invasion and assassinated me, how do I report them in-game? I couldn't get any proof of it to submit a full report so i'm afraid there's nothing I can do lol...

Teleporting is sometimes just a sync issue. Be sure. You can always ESC and see who's connected.

I saw him from halfway across the map after I used the phone box, then within 5 seconds when I was hiding in tall grass he teleported behind me and instantly assassinated me lol...

1 = get their steam profile if they are a PC Player , take screen shot - steam default screen shot key is F12 + use the report option as well
2= Have a game video recorder available and record the cheat
3= If you have youtube or any acccount post link to Rebellion with video unlisted

As Stigga has already very rightly mentioned, please provide as much evidence of instances of cheating as possible. The more information our team has, the easier it will be to combat it moving forward.

This isn't a cheat, although it does look like one at first. It can happen in Invasion mode or Multiplayer. It looks exactly like they teleport from 2-3m away from you and are suddenly instantly behind you slitting your throat or breaking your neck. The Silent Kill prompt that allows you to press E for a melee kill has too large of a trigger radius around the player (and/or possibly a sync issue as someone else suggested). My best advice unless or until it gets fixed is to practice your silent take downs so you can kill them first before they kill you. And don't turn your back on someone right up on you when trying to flee because all that does is instantly trigger the prompt and anyone quick fingered enough can get an instant melee kill on you.

I play pretty regularly in MP and haven't seen that yet myself, what region do you play in?

Love to know that Rebellion will immediately ban that player. They want you to upload and report to their site but there's the evidence posted publicly right here.

That said, there are so many gamers in this world and this is cross-platform, so it's kind of like drug dealers. Take out one and there are 5 more to take their place. You can't resolve this. The EAC don't work so what's to be done.

They want reports because it saves certain parts of the game and system memory to be analyzed further so they can figure out the technical methods being used to evade EAC and also what to patch in the game if code or functionality is being exploited. Screenshots and videos might help identify players but can also be faked and also don't help solve the underlying problem because as you said, one banned cheater will be replaced by even more, especially if it's an actual exploit like teleportation and not just aimbot or wallhack.

I stand corrected then and hope they fix this, however, the normal "teleport" bug with silent takedowns is far more common and anyone can do it even without trying to.

Teleporting is real in MP and this is how it looks like. I reported him but I am not sure if Rebellion can do anything about it as it is a non steam player...

That's really sad Tommy. I reported a guy crossing over no cross and knifing people but you guys never did anything about it. He was caught using a macro in SE4 as well. This guy is really toxic and can make your game experience horrible.
