Organ Grinder won't unlock

I made a checklist of every organ and hit all at least 5 times with a rifle, and the damn thing still won't unlock. This is the 3rd time I've tried this, with 3 different rifles, and it's getting a bit frustrating by now.

This is the list I found on several websites, anything I'm missing? (I hit eye and head shots also just to be sure, but no luck).

Head
Eye
Lung
Kidney
Heart
Liver
Intestine
Stomach
Testicles

As I said, I hit each at least 5 times, and no go, starting to piss me off a bit . . .
