The way enemies use flare guns in survival mode is just too extreme.

They may use the flare gun 3-6 times in a row in a round. In other rounds, the frequency of the enemy using the flare gun becomes very low, or even none.

I suggest that the number of times the enemy uses the flare gun should be evenly distributed in phases ABCD.

This has been an issue from day 1, and I find it to be the worst on Unwanted Guests. My friends and I have played waves where there are 3 to 4 spotters hiding behind objects, not moving, and just constantly flaring us even when we're at separate locations.

Spotters should have a cooldown when using flare guns, they can be fired every 1-2 minutes.

Like a sniper, rocket soldier or tank, they don't fire more than 3-6 times in a few seconds.

Don't use it in Kraken's Lair. It will be blocked by the roof
