HOW TO DO THE 1843 and 1931 METRE SHOT

1. Spy Academy
2. Get inside bell tower, at bottom of ladder. Richter and co inside locked room.
3. Place landmines at foot of each 3 ladders you need to climb to avoid enemy distraction.
4. Inside top section of tower (where bell hangs) when you're on top of last ladder, directly in front is long distance rifle on crate. It has 3 rounds. Use that.
5. Open window slightly left of crate. Far off to left of mountain peaks is round tower with Nazi flag.
6. Tag guard with binoculars. He's pixel size.
7. Set scope to 1500.
8. Wait for tower guard to move to centre turret.
9. Save game at this point.
10. Heart rate 60. Take shot.

You can also get a 1931 metre shot by moving to a location outside the tower that's in line of sight with the tagged target - but must use the special rifle:

Thanks! Can you take a screenshot? When you use space bar to zoom in on the target do you only get a shooting frame in the scope without any further assist?

Tagged Richter, eliminated most of the enemies. Tried to lure him down from bell tower. This is as far down as he would go:

Great! So Richter can make it further down. First I tagged all 3 officers in the locked Kraken room, tried to lure them all down but they wouldn't move very far. Even after eliminating more enemies in the lower areas they still wouldn't move. How did you get the driver to bring the car further up as shown your screenshot - he's not one of the officers is he - is the driver the guy hanging around the car at beginning of mission? Did you get Richter into the car? Can you let the car drive off down the road over the bridge and then use a long distance shot?

Aha! Yes, this answers all my questions. When pick up secret docs in the small room it triggers Kunkel the driver to take the car to the cathedral area to pick up Seidl - who would have known that?

u need to pick up dokumant / sidequest...
like u can see in screenshot 2,,,,
i see all they tag include the staff car,, and as i suspected ...
it start it ride up the cathedral... and then u go all way up get - and just trigger more action ;D

I finally got Kunkel to take staff car to cathedral court area. Richter and Seidl had come this far down. Richter was slowly walking around on 1st floor level for some time. Kunkel and Seidl were just standing around near the car but no one got in. So I killed Richter and all hell broke loose but still no one got in that bloody car. What am I missing?

Yeah - this part of the mission is very touchy - if you do one small thing out of sequence it turns to ♥♥♥♥♥ haha
