I reinstalled the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable" most recent versions. Mainly to:
Faulting module name: msvcrt.dll, version: 7.0.19041.546, time stamp: 0x564f9f39 <---
Exception code: 0xc0000006
The exception code in event viewer and logs suggested running chkdsk C: /f, I ran it with a /f /r.
It found this but no problems overall.
Stage 3: Examining security descriptors ...
Cleaning up 882 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 882 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 882 unused security descriptors.
Still nothing... still crashes.
I have done most of these.

I ran sfc /scannow a few times, I think the 3rd time which was after the chkdsk C: /f /r did it find something. Fixed Windows, but not this. That command heals Windows without resetting the whole OS to the beginning.
After that, I did two things differently (I'd started futzing around with computers in 1984): 1) I had Allgen Computers in San Antonio custom-build my all-Intel machine for less than I'd spent on my last build, later upgrading the motherboard, CPU, and GPU, having Allgen do the labor (Those damned chips are hard for me to seat properly). 2) I'll never, ever buy AMD again. The numbers on that CPU were great, but the performance didn't live up to the hype.
I transferred it to my C: which is a m.2 SSD and it ran like ♥♥♥♥ but didn't crash.
Never said I was using a "analog HDD". I was using 3 different SSD media. The C: is a m.2 but the others are SATA 3 SSDs. It runs like crap with a 5950x, 64 GB of ram AND a 4080 RTX. Not fully maxed or ray tracing.
Yep. I posted everything I already did.
