Season Pass 2 or Kraken Awakes separately???

In addition to Kraken Awakes, Season Pass 2 gives you mainly the Rough Landing pack (the mission, the Mosin-Nagant rifle and the Sjogren shotgun). The other two packs in the Season Pass 2 are not particularly significant.
Mosin-Nagant and Sjogren are truly great, the Rough Landing mission is nice but not amazing.
The Kraken Awakes mission is much better in my opinion. The weapon that comes with it is not important.

If you don't want to spend 30 EUR on the entire Season Pass 2, I would recommend getting only the Kraken Awakes pack.
You won't get the Mosin-Nagant rifle and Sjogren shotgun (and the Rough Landing mission... and the totally skippable rest of the DLCs) but you'll save money.
