And I am certain that the exact message is not, "mission requirment 1/1," because that makes absolutely no sense in English. (and you spelled requirement wrong)

My apologies I wrote that on 2 days without sleep. In my load-out under items, I cannot equip the satchel charge and the requirement says "mission requirement 1/1"

Have a bit of a sleep problem myself. When insomnia doesn't keep me up for three days, a gawdamned enlarged prostate gland wakes me up every couple of hours or so in the night to relieve myself.

Oh, anyway, if it says that in the loadout screen, my guess is you hadn't encountered/found a satchel charge before then. I wonder, could I duplicate that circumstance if I started a new campaign, or would that erase all my medals and ribbons and such-like gedunk? Wish I'd paid closer attention when I'd started playing this game. Sorry, don't recall if I saw the same thing in Loadout at the very start.

I presume you're trying to blow up a bunker near the sea, or the radio array in Atlantic Wall. You can find satchel charges inside bunkers for the sea job, and in the structure underneath the radio array.

Yeah, like Aussie Seal said, I'm pretty sure there are satchel charges to be had all over the place. Make sure to check all workbenches, and chests opened by crowbars and bolt cutters (they don't always have satchel charges, but there's a high probability that they might). Also check all pillboxes, including those three-story things with those huge bazooka-like doohickeys in them that don't do a damned thing (so WTF are they even there?). Too, make it a habit to very thoroughly explore everything on the map you can access; you'll find satchel charges in unexpected places, not to mention letters, documents, relics, and what-nots. Plus,if you do that, often you find ways to access areas secured by keys you don't have, and can conserve satchel charges you do find.
