Can not move

In online play, Karl occasionally experiences brief periods of immobility in both campaign and survival modes.

This often happens when Karl stops moving for a short period of time, then moves again.

This happens to my teammates as well. But I'm not sure if it's a problem with the game, or my network.

Has anyone encountered this situation?

There are only two times I get immobile with Karl or as an invader. If there is network lag, when I drop into an invasion, it can often be up to 10 seconds before I can move and the HUD populates. That's network lag. Other, rare times, is when I spawn into a game after a save (as Karl) or in an invasion, and I can't move at all, and if I try to turn, I get a kind of shimmer effect visually. In these cases, I have to bail from the game and reload.
I haven't encountered any stalling after sitting in one place - I'd guess networking issues; others might chime in with their experiences..

When my teammate and the intruder exchanged fire, he yelled again "Oh~~~, I could have attacked first..."

And I stopped in the grass and couldn't move.

In Survival Mode, in addition to being unable to move occasionally, when moving to a new command post, the whole regiment will also be unable to move for a short time.

If it's a network connectivity issue, it may not be fixed by a future update.

Do you have reasonable network connection? If using WiFi, try wiring directly into the router (if possible). I'd be interested to see who else has this issue. I have a nice fast connection so it usually isn't a problem for me, but some invasion matches can lag terribly and that sometimes costs me the game when I shoot Karl but by the time the lag catches up, he's breaking my neck. Fact of life. The shimmer/freeze thing I get on rare occasions might be my video card, might be a game bug - it doesn't happen often enough to warrant the hassle of bug reports etc..

I am currently using Asus Tuf Z690 Wifi, but the connection is stable without disconnection. The download speed is about 100Mbps and the upload speed is 20Mbps.

The region I chose is Eastern Europe, because there are more players playing survival mode. And there are few disconnections or delays when connecting. However, occasionally there will be situations where you cannot move, or repeatedly reload.

Some players also mentioned it in my impression.

In addition, my teammates told me that whether it is playing invasion or playing campaign with other players, this kind of immobilization happens almost every day.

Hmm, perhaps you should raise this with Tommy or the support guys and see what they can offer? If you choose South America as a location, does it still do it? better? Worse?

If playing co-op, I will first set the same region as my teammates. Then observe whether the situation of being unable to move will decrease.

It happens to me occasionally often at the most inopportune moments like in the middle of a firefight or vaulting over a wall i thought it was my keyboard wearing out but now i know its just a glitch

It always stops at the right moment lol

When I'm reloading to shoot again, I see my character keeps reloading, and I keep pressing "R" to speed up, I know it's useless, but it's pretty annoying moments.
