Loadouts tell us what and why?

Everyone has different choices for their load-out depending on your play-style.
I love the weapons in this game and here are the choices for my stealth based load-out.

I experimented for a few months before finally settling on my 3 choices, and they are set up to my personal taste, for functionality and effectiveness.
I run down all the individual components that make up the weapons and test in real time so you can see the results!

[Struonger]

Type A load out (my personal favorite)

M.1903 (A2 optical scope, Star-gauge Sniper barrel, Moore-1 Suppressor muzzle, Standard Issue magazine, Leather Pad stock, Match Bolt receiver, Laminated Beech construction, Ghillie Wrap cosmetic) Match Ammo + Subsonic Ammo

MP44 (ZF41-S scope, Lightened and Stripped barrel, Modded Bramit Suppressor muzzle, Geret Overpressure Magazine, Leather Pad stock, Aim Tape 6x rear grip, Standard receiver, standard cosmetic) Soft Point Ammo + Armor Piercing/Match Ammo

HS.22 (Short Carbine barrel, Standard Issue magazine, no stock, Aim Tape 6x rear grip, Standard receiver) Subsonic Ammo + Armor Piercing Ammo

M.1903 focuses on long range and accuracy.
MP44. focuses on mid range and suppression
HS.22 focuses primary on close quarters stealth

I have other favorite load outs but this is my main one on most playthroughs

Everybody has their favorites.
When I'm Jaeger I like the Gewehr 43 for fast follow up shots and the PPSH with 71 round drum magazine for close in shoot outs, I pack the PPSh not the scoped rifle, I only get the rifle out when I know I have a long shot. I love how the PPSh sprays so many rounds so fast. I don't much care about what pistol when I'm Jaeger.

I find the pistol very important, especially if you get downed and am bleeding out - my pistol has saved my bacon many, many, many times.

+1 on the Gewehr, bit on the weak side with the milquetoast ammo invaders have to use, but being able to blast away is worth every pfennig.

Agreed, but when being Jaeger there isn't a lot of choice of pistols, I don't have a favorite, since I can't use the .45

M1903, Sten MkII, and P08 all with Suppressors. or M1911. Try to use Pistol most, for stealth, or if it goes tits up the Sten. Sniper obviously for Distance.
If I play Solo, mainly Melee, and Pistol.

I use the 1911 exclusively. Only not the pink skin. There's nothing like it for a sidearm. In game and IRL.

Generally have a soft spot for Enfield rifle, 9111 pistol and Sten gun.
Enfield fires a 303 bullet,normally in real life would go through at least 3/4 standing in line. however, this has been downgraded in SE5.😃

Before I joined the army in 1976 i was a lance corporal in the army cadets in Lichfield where I was in a state boarding school.

Whittington barracks was just up the road from the school and often we would wander up there to scour the ranges looking for "stuff"

Whiist in the cadets we often drilled with and fired Lee Enfields they packed a hell of a kick a lot more than the SLR which was the forces main weapon at the time and I used that extensively in Northern Ireland

The lee Enfield does remain my favourite weapon, however I do not use it in SE5

I love the Lee Enfields, I would love a collection (obviously disarmed), but would love to be able to shoot one, like the ones Used in WW1, as my Great Uncles would have done (both killed sadly). a friend of mine has one, great rifles but amazing how heavy.

I have played 600 hr and 1200 axis invasion kills. I mostly play Axis invasions and Survival

Campaign-
1. Gewehr 1943:- Damage- 125, Rounds/min-400, Magazine Size- 8, SILENCED
2. PPSH
3. HS.22

Axis Invasions-
1. Gewehr 1943:- Damage- 105, Rounds/min-484, Magazine Size- 10, SILENCED
2. PPSH:- Damage- 34, Rounds/min-1298, Magazine Size- 50
3. (doesnt matter, never used)

Survival-
1. Gewehr 1943:- Damage- 115, Rounds/min- 364, Magazine Size- 25, not silenced
2. PPSH:- Damage- 34, Rounds/min-1298, Magazine Size- 35
3. P08:- Damage- 43, Rounds/min- 506, Magazine Size- 32

Gewehr 1943 for amongst the BEST in rounds per minute,
Very High damage,
Great Muzzle Velocity meaning bullet drop very less- needed in authentic or quick aim and shoot without worrying where bullet will go.

PPSH for HIGHEST rounds per minute.
Good Damage
and Big Magazine size.

Jeez! I'm all over the place.

No matter what rifle I start out with I routinely stop at a work bench/stash house to swap out scopes; depending which part of which map I'm on. Sometimes I'll swap over to a different rifle entirely [Yes! I'm tempermental----90% temper; 10% mental ].

Rifles: 1903, K 98, & G43 various scopes
Secondary: Thompson, Welrod, Drilling Rifle
Pistols: 1911, Walther P38

Sometime I play suppressed; other times I go loud to "Ranger Rick" the mission.

PS: Rebellion, where's my H & K G28 damnit?! :)
