It has iron sight which fits the infantry's setting. I like it. Hope devs give us M1 garand DLC as soon as possible.

Yes, it works very well in the new Survival Map too, that and the Drilling.

It is under powered compared to the other bolt rifles, disappointing.

Did all 3 operations, interesting map, kinda short range though.

Would still like to see the Winchester 1895 though, the lever action one.

Be better to see More guns without paying. Also Equipment, all you can do is change your Hat !! Also like too see British Grenades, Trip-Wires etc.

Do you know what your doing here? its a paradox.
First your complain about the big updates and how long they take to download.
Then you ask for more guns and stuff which ad tons of megabites to your hardrive.
The fact is that each time a gun is added to the game. it also ads other stuff.

1. New weapon skins ads to all guns already in the game.
2. Specified weapon challenges for each gun in the game.
3. The shot gun was game breaking because changes to enemy looting was nessesary. (new ammo drop: shotgun ammo)
4. Plus each new gun have its own mod options.
5. And more gear equipment means new game mechanics.

All these updates changes leads us back to another problem that is the big updates.
On top of getting new pve maps and pve content you requested ideas ads to this mountain of megabites.

So think again before you share your "wild west gunning" ideas.
Because opposite SE4 where guns are "props" with static stats.
SE5 has custom guns with a selection of gun mods.

So again more guns and equipment leads to the big updates.
updates that you hate but still request more stuff.

in short a paradox you created your self Devs can't be blamed for this.

Seems like a decent gun. Pretty similar to the Kar98k, noticeably weaker but fires quicker. On Hard Survival it often just wounds or incapacitates basic soldiers, whereas the Kar98k with max power will always kill them with one bullet. I might try it with the overpressure 5 round mag and see if it feels any better, I like how quickly it fires but as with all the other guns it just isn't as powerful as the Kar98k. Clip size doesn't really matter for either since you can reload one bullet at a time rather than the whole clip. Hmm.

If we ever get the Mosin-Nagant it will be interesting to see where they slot it in. So far we have three basic frontline bolt-action infantry rifles in the Lee-Enfield, Springfield and Kar98k, but they decided to make the Springfield into a long-range precision rifle, the Kar98k into a slow-firing bazooka, and I guess the Lee-Enfield into a fast-firing all-rounder.

Yeah it's Under Powered for sure, it's a real shame really.

I tried it also and will stick with the Springfield and K98K instead.

Yeah I've tried it with the overpressure mag and it still just keeps wounding or incapacitating basic infantry. I like the fast firing rate of the LE but the Kar98k is still the one shot one kill gun, and doesn't get penalized when you use the 8 round magazine.
