No more flare guns?

They were fun in SE4

They are in some of the single player campaign missions , but not all. Festung Gunersey and Secret Weapons have them in them. But unlike SE4 no officers are equipped with them as far as I know. And you are right they are missed and were fun to use !

They're all over Survival. Look for the spotters and they usually drop one.

Thx for the heads up A, I'll look for them. I do enjoy watching a King Tiger get bracketed by the rounds and blowing up. if you are close enough you hear the lamentations of the crew lol brutal but entertaining !

In Festung Gurnesey there is one in a wrecked building behind the first King Tiger by the sniper tower. Oops sorry if you regard that as a spoiler , have a good one happy fragging !

There not in the weapon wheel. You have to keep picking it up like the MG42, etc. SE4 you could keep the weapons you picked up, SE5 defaults back to your load out. Changes a lot for me, kinda hard to switch weapons because you'll drop the flare gun.

But, yeah, killing those guys first in SE4 was always fun.
