Overpowerd DLC weapon, boring mission - DO NOT USE DLC GUN

The new DLC gun with Silencer makes it so easy as you kill enemies up to 400m and no one notices the shots. Pointless.
Uninspired mission without any special in the map.

Very short.

Disappointed.

I agree way to easy and there wasn't hardly any one there I have no idea what is going on with this company but they seem to have lost the plot. Just like the times now every one is raising prices and ripping people off. They got the last of my money never again waited years for Sniper 5 Disappointed is not a strong enough word there laughing all the way to the bank.

To be fair the M1A Carbine is pretty quiet when customized and you can hit targets further away with more ease, so it's a moot point. the D.L. Carbine has really low velocity which is noticeable at ranges past 200. If you find it too easy stop playing with Empty Lung assistance and you'd see just how underwhelming it is at greater distances compared to Kar98 or M.1903 with velocities reaching around the 1000 m/s

I would like to see you doing those 400m shots with that weapon in Authentic difficulty.

I think the DLC weapon is pretty bad. Who needs noise radius of 17m or less when sniping? The gun lacks power to kill with body shots on longer distances, often you need 2 or more shots. There are better rifles maybe not as quiet but much better suited for medium to long sniping. The DLC weapon is mostly for close quarters and close to mid range sniping (of course every headshot can be done at all ranges when playing with the hitmarker).

SE 5 is not as immersive as 2,3, or 4 in some ways; the "plot" in 4 was compelling, and 2 for their first real elite, despite its linear nature, is still a gas to go through, a classic. 5 has the graphics tho.

That was my go to gun the silent rifle and I am happy to get it, the rapid fire secondary weapon is also nice and about 2/3rds as good as a shotgun blast.

The DLC new area (I finished, it's short) is better than the main game as their is ZERO progressive bs, and it is really attractive area.

I will ONLY do the DLC area from now on and hope the next areas are as good and hope next weapon drop will be a shotgun.

I gave this game a neg review and uninstalled but the DLC got me to reload and the DLC is short but sweet.

I am (driven by hate) but when a DLC is good (for me) I must say so, in writing.

DLC is overpriced, will wait for rapid price drop. The DLC should have been another 8 Missions not 1 !! Any weapon is good, if used right. Yes some are boring, and obviously non Authentic players have it even easier. Playing Authentic only I try to do as much close work Melee as much as possible

Map is good to snipe and I like it but yes it's shot and easy
new DLC silent rifle OP? only in 300 meter if you try to one shot kill more than 300+ it will be challenge even I only play at hard mode I must shot 2 time to kill (to far can't focus target head) and nobody force you to use this gun right? after I finish once I go back to my Kar98 for replay mission

Landing Force, the new map is pretty much totally different than all the other maps. Uninspired? How so? It's unique. It takes time for Rebellion to make these maps. Spy Academy for example took 2.5 years to make. Would you be willing to wait 10-15 years for your 8 DLC maps? If they made the maps in a serial fashion. I assume to number of devs on SE 5 is considerably downscaled after release.

D.L Carbine is, to me, a closerange sniper rifle. I don't like to shoot over 100 metres. The bullet drop and wind effect is pretty insane. Feels like trying to shoot a pistol, almost, at range. I would say D.L Carbine fits Rubble and Ruin. And Landing Force, if you focus on the immediate area. The main thing with the rifle is that it is as quiet as a pistol. It is another toy to play with.

Spy Academy is an immense map, Secret Weapon too but just a little smaller, you can't expect every map to be like that. I think the key take away from all the comments over the last couple of months is that whether people are happy or upset with SE5 they still love the game and just want the best out of it which will hopefully be enough motivation for Rebellion to keep releasing content for this franchise.
