Can someone PLEASE direect me to 'where' I can find detail / information on the skill tree's specific to multiplayer...???
WHY is detail / information on this game so damned non-existent / illusive / hard to locate...? I see people doing things in multiplayer that I cannot understand HOW they do it, NOR can I find ANY information on how to get to know the in's and out's of this game in multiplayer. What gives..? Why is all this detail so non-existent...?..?..?

When you go to your MP loadout below the guns and the items, there is the skill tree. You press it and you will see your main "Sniper" skill tree and the 4 other specializations to the right. You have to be lvl 5 to unlock the 4 specializations.
To check info for the skills, simply move the mouse above the circle with the skills as you would do in the campaign's skill tree.

I'm looking for a write up, either by Rebellion, OR fan made, and can find NOTHING. ANY where. It's as if this game does not even exist in terms of detailed information. :germancross:

I've been saving my points in multiplayer to use when the specialization skills open up at level 5. I am finally at level 4. Slow going without any perks. Hovering over the specialization skills shows nothing. What are the medic specialization perks...? Are they effective for a healer / medic...? What do they do..? Why is none of this covered ANY where...? As in I can'f find ANY detail on ANY of this stuff.

Doesn't seem to show any detail. Only the major skill options reveal, the three other ones do not. Must have to wait until level 5 in order to see what they do. Which is stupid to me.

You mean general MP level 5?
You get that within a few matches :)

Maybe YOU did. I can go sometimes 5 matches with only a single kill. No cross is the worst, though I like it. Team match usually stinks because no one plays like a team. So, for me, it is VERY slow going to level up. Painfully slow actually. The basic starting rifle and starting abilities in multiplayer pretty much make you useless and powerless to do much of anything aside from easily getting killed. Those who jumped in at the release of the game and leveled up when leveling up was 'easy', now dominate ALL matches with all their perks, and the rest of us can't really compete. The only choice is to slog though match after match after match and hope for the Victory so at to 'at least' get Victory points. I really don't care for the way the multiplayer works I just want a certain title is all. After I get the title I want, I will likely not play much unless I can find some dependable teammates who 'grasp' the word 'team'. Otherwise it is no joy whatsoever to play. :germancross:

The starting Sniper Rifle is arguably one of the most versatile and strongest weapons to use.

You have to take it slow watch your angles and don't go sprinting in open fields like a lunatic.
You CAN do it but you have to make sure you don't go out of breath and take cover when needed.
Scoping causes Glinting and people can see your Glint.
Generally speaking you'll want to use Binoculars in Multiplayer to scout your surroundings.
As a general rule of thumb you will want to expose yourself as little as possible to avoid getting killed.

That doesn't mean you should sit in 1 spot for an entire match and not move at all.
Or not try to be aggresive from time to time.
When the situation calls for it go for it.

I have a match I played of going 20-0 a while back.
Perhaps it might give you an idea of how to approuch Multiplayer.
Maybe even get better at the Campaign :D

Lastly about Perks.
While they are useful they don't make you THAT much stronger.
Unlike many other shooters where being level 50 or whatever the cap may be means that you will outperform level 1 to 20 people by default.

Sniper Elite 5 is all about skill and while there is unlocks to keep the younger audience happy this game really likes to give people who are actually good at sniping an edge over those that aren't.

If you have any further questions don't be afraid to ask, There are no stupid questions.
Cheers bud.

Thanks for you kind input. Much appreciated. What you have said is mostly common sense, but thanks anyhow. The problem with the multiplayer, which I guess plagues ALL multiplayers of this sort, is that those who first rank up, become more capable than all others, and, more importantly, they all seem to memorize ALL of the spawning points, and they therefore are just waiting to pop you off as soon as you come into the game...or very soon thereafter. If a multiplayer was somehow able to produce 'random generated' alterations to each map for each wave, then this would not be possible. But as is, most matches I enter into are pure turkey shoots. You can't even pull out your binoculars without getting instantly popped. Why..? Because they already KNOW where you are likely going to be. And makes for a less than fun experience. This is why multiplayer aspects of games truly suck. They are fun for the first few weeks, then they suck. By comparison, Invasion NEVER sucks. And, as well, survival mode can be quite fun too. But dumping all of the resources into the multiplayer aspect of SE5 ...INSTEAD of having used those resources to make LARGER campaign maps, more interesting story, and adding more RPG elements to the Campaign....was a piss-poor decision on Rebellions part. But I guess nothing can stop the multiplayerization of gaming at this point in time. ..Which is a damn shame.

Oh the turkey shoots are a real issue I feel this game moreso then many other Multiplayer games.
I don't really believe the issue is spawning points as I feel those are rather good...
They kinda suck from time to time but that goes for any shooter really.

A lot of people tend to go to the same location after they die which results in them just dying over and over.
Or just trying to Call Of Duty and paying the price for it.

Perhaps you are right tho that the first to rank up become the best.
Yet I did 15-3 in my first match when everything was fresh and I barely ever fall far from scores like that.

To me what it looks like is a lot of people just don't really understand how to avoid to get shot and it results in them scoring very low and dying a lot while they are at it.
I had matches where I was in the team scoring almost no points and I was sitting at 20-0,
While the rest of my team was going 3-18 or some ♥♥♥♥.

I'll keep trying to master it. ..I'm getting better at staying alive, but still no progress in getting and kills. I hit them, but they never die. The only time I get a kill is up close, melees, or pistol P08. Rifle kills hardly ever. Maybe one rifle kill once every 10 matches. So I don't even bother using the rifle any more. You need the 'M-1' in order to be effective. And it does not look like I will ever be able to get it unlocked. The starting rifle is garbage. You're good for one shot and then your dead. Survival is MUCH more fun to play. MUCH more. I think Rebellion should have come up with something different for multiplayer, more sniper / stealth with less players per / match. More of a 'hunting' game....like Enemy At the Gates type scenario. As is, it's really no fun. And trying to level up for the M-1 is a pipe dream for me. So I likely forget the multiplayer and not bother with it anymore, 'cause it's just no fun to be totally gimped out with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rifle and no perks. I'm lucky to score any points AT ALL in each match. Even when I shoot someone close, they seem to be able to keep running up to me and melee me. So screw that. I'll stick to the Invasion and the Survival aspects of the game. :germancross:
