Invasion host (allied player) godmode/cheating

Seen a lot of infinite health/ xray vision cheats going on recently - how has this not been fixed?

Unfortunately it is too much troubles to

1. Moderate
2. Cost too much to fix
3. Upset community even they are in the wrong
4. Not worth the time to fix vs pushing DLCs out

i have not seen any cheaters so far
closest god mode i seen is when "host" set setting to
Very Easy - Increased players (something) and very fast recovery to full bar
= step on mine and u all good :D
u still die from TNT/shoumine, though - hehe

what u meen by xray vision ? ... just so i would know what to look for...

The ability to rapport someone - ESC + clik there nick - rapport
should be possible ,, even after, session ended...

i'll be alert if i be sure -
like someone wistle in front u while u emty u mag to their head
i sure screenshot and rapport em instant....

I played as invader today and the last time I tried a game, I spawned and was immediately killed. it what a 3 player invasion I think.

Just a small correction, I think you mean "report" instead of "rapport."

Here's a solution:

When you first enter an Invasion game, your host's name appears in a bar above the red bar with your nickname. Take a screenshot, every time you play Invasion. You have the name and a graphic, dated, verified image to submit to whomever, or simply to post and link to here.
With the Steam game overlay on, I believe F12 is the default shutter button, Steam takes care of the rest. To find your screenshots:

go to the game's page in your Steam and click manage screenshots and you can see only that game's pictures. You can post them from there, this will generate a link for you to post for others to see it. More details in the Steam Help.
or
to find all your screenshots for all your games, go to wherever Steam games are installed, like C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\data, double-click the only folder there (mine is 73568794), there you'll find 760\remote\-here you'll find a folder for every game, sorry, but you have to open them up, and write down the ones you want to access for offline use; I use them for my wallpapers.

most game i play i get focus trown at me within the first secounds

then again and again - (way before the phone lines opens).... actually i'm good with it
as it can be used to confuse em aswell - to i know all maps to a 98,4% ;D

they might feels like xray's,,, but their info is limited to that point u was... /meter distance

haven't run into any cheaters yet, the ability to see through walls is the focus mode. It's part of the game.

I knew someone would pipe up like this, as if I'm not aware of it lmao. When someone has godmode it's not much of a stretch to be able to see through walls as well - well beyond the normal range of focus.

You will know the difference when they know where you are across the map even without line of sight. These players suck at aiming so when they let me know where they are by shooting and missing a one shot kill with the element of surprise, I return fire and hit them. It doesn't take me long to figure out they have infinite hp when they tank a headshot.

Focus mode only gets you so far, and whilst it's powerful, it can't show you everything.

Let me know how it goes when you encounter a player you can empty a whole mag into without killing them, it's very entertaining.

ive had it a few times, seems to genuinely just be poor hit detection because of even worse netcode. stay salty bro

I haven't seen any cheaters yet in Invasion mode across 265 kills and at least a dozen or so deaths of my own. Of course, that's anecdotal and doesn't mean they don't exist, I just think it's more likely you're coming across better players using the focus ability and/or easy mode like others have suggested. Only thing you can really do is report them in-game.

personally i have so many nice fun game - from invadeing
plenty re-matches - Campers - DUO ,,dosent matter - it mostly good fun
still, more then 50% game ends rather instant by ny axis "friends" or just end...
but thats also okay - in the sence,, it dident happen after 20minuts play ;D
and new session start relative fast

that long range focus ability
they got to defend and more easy complete more on their main tasks,, is very ok -
even if it feels tiny bit overpowered though,, hehe
when u get 1 instant and 2 more within the next 30 sec...

me only wish - to compensate - is 1 more nade
for use against lvl40 that camp and trow around silly amount explosives ;D
on spots u not able to pick up / defuse

so DEVs 1 more nade all i'm asking for ;D

u probably learn that just move a bit like 20 meter
u can go back into the high grass again *so u avoid get tagged

and u grinding u way on that reward kill rank ? ;D

i must say i die alot - to force frontal on maps i know me prey is in huge danger of be shot by my axis soilder "friends"
that be espes map 2 and 3 and they trigger 1 or sevral alarms

and else been playful take screenshot etc
but the tactical aspect, reading that 1player - no matter lvl,, is to me good fun
but basicly the bigger challenge the more fun.. kinda

After playing more since the last patch I can say the focus ability definitely feels OP and I miss match grade ammo more than I thought I would
