Is anyone else having problem with the achievement to blow up Hitler in the bowling alley? I have quietly killed all in the surrounding area but he sit outside the tea house in his car and doesn't move?

try again - less killing - and not trigger alarms - and he will travell back after visit tea-house
maybe make a SAVE before u leave the tunnel passage - entering Berghof residence area

Start at the lakehouse and make your way into the chateaux, While Hitler is at the teahouse, set the trap in the bowling alley. As per above, try not activate the alarm. Don't set any other trap, and just hide and wait for him.

Him being stuck in or immediately outside his car at the teahouse is a known bug. You need to restart the mission.
