SECRET WEAPONS - RADIO TOWER OPTIONAL OBJECTIVE - GLITCH

Has anyone encountered a glitch with the Radio Tower Opt Obj? I accidentally shot the power panel, so I had to shoot out the wire supports. I am able to destroy on of the wire supports, however on the 2nd (last) one, I destroy it, but the tower doesn't fall. It still says "wire supports destroyed 1 of 2". Anyone else experience it? Unfortunately, I hadn't saved for a while so I will have to go back nearly 2 hours of game play. Should of had my safety on when I opened that damn panel!

you have to find a crowbar first for the panel then shoot the guy wires

Use the bolt cutter on the wires, there are 3 of them but you only need to cut 2 or use the crowbar on the radios, you do not need to interact with any panel to complete that objective that I can recall anyway but it's most likely bugged because every other load has at least 1.
