Mission 5: Festung Guernsey | Whats the poison for?

I found poison in the undergroundhospital and cant find any use for it.
Anyone got an answer?

havn't found any use for it my self.
but i quess it's the German-japanese dinner meeting at the estate mansion. which is located in the middle of the map.

There is an estate where an officer is monologuing in a second floor room. You can put the poison into a glass which is on the table outside of that room.

Ring the bell next to the glass after you deposit the poison. Then hide in the room adjacent to it.

that's the "liberation" mission. where the kill target challenge is poisoning.

The poison is for you to do your self in after completing the last Campaign Mission.

In the mission verbiage, wasn't there supposed to be a traitor in the resistance? Maybe it's for the traitor.

I did collect the poison for this very reason to kill the officer on the second story. despite having collecting it i went to place poison in cup and game said I had no contents?? However the second time I did the mission it worked. There was another mission where I found poison and cant remember map, but it was a different one and I cant work out what its for.
