Well, since you know its bugged, just don't play the DLC until its patched. Reminder not to buy season passes and day 1 DLC cause games launch all kinds of broken nowadays.

I seemed to have gotten it to work although I’m on Xbox and had same bug. I reset cache and reinstalled the DLC but the problem was still there when I did that.

I decided instead to restart the level from the start location closest to the tea house. Hitler will spawn in his car after a few minutes and go to the tea house. You need to wait nearby for him to get there. You can kill the people already at the house but DO NOT let Hitler know or find any bodies. Killing any of them is optional. All you really need to do so Hitler doesn’t freeze is try to be within 150 meters of him (ideally 100 or less). Also make sure he is always passive and never even cautious, that just requires perfect stealth.

Hitler talks a lot, especially when he first arrives at the tea house. I think his AI is programmed to need to talk before he goes to the next location (at least for the tea house). The problem is that if you are too far away then the game won’t render in that dialogue. For most NPCs in the game they stay still or go on a small patrol. Hitler talks and travels a lot though so his AI needs to talk I guess.

When Hitler is done at the tea house he’ll have his men drive him to the main house. You should be free to wonder around after that but just in case try to not let him get 100-150 meters from you.

Nope.. tried several times yet he would ALWAYS freeze the moment he exits his car. I even got behind him and shoved my knife up his ass on authentic. Theyll patch it correctly eventually sooner or later

Wondering that bug is still extists.

Sometimes Adolf is moved out of the car. I guess it is depending of the choose which startpoint you did choosen.
Try the startpoint near the Exfiltration-Exit.

I did watch your video and it is full of bugs :) When u did made that video ? Before the last patch was released ?

The stucking in the car of Adolf i got often too but with the last patch i could kill him 3 times. But sometimes he doesn´t want leave his car. Maybe he knows there is a sniper around ;)

Even when he doesn't get stuck, your timing has to be perfect to kill him by other means. So far, apart from shooting/takedown, I've only killed him in the bowling alley trap. There are other posts on the forum about his sequence of travels and the levels of his detection that seem to control whether he bowls, plays piano, etc etc.. Makes it hard to plan the gameplay
