Ran into my first cheater as Jager

Guy had placed 50 explosives up in the attic region of the second mission, Took two sniper bodyshots and walked it off, and seemingly knew exactly where I was across the map etc.

(It was not actually me playing, it was me showing the game to someone, to then instantly encounter a cheater is a yikes)

We even got a killcam headshot on the guy, and straight after the killcam continued shooting my friend. Any way to report this other than the ingame reporting?

I encountet a jager yesterday that threw like 10 handgranades at me at the same time. I sprinted out of the way and put him down like the dog he was with a well placed gunshot so he went down and finished him of with a granade 8)

Not sure but seen that in Multiplayer as well, Perhaps it's a skill.

I've seen a few players pinpoint my position (with me playing as the invading Jaeger) when they're nowhere near a phone. Usually I assume they're playing co-op and kept one person at a phone while their buddy came out to try and kill me but after I kill them, there hasn't been a second player.

I was playing against an allied sniper the other day, even though I unloaded on him after downing him he didnt die, got back up and killed me.

Then he accepted my rematch request, when i spawned in there was a live grenade at my feet literrally before the game even finished loading.

Wow EAC. Really good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ job, useless ♥♥♥♥♥.

Yeah in all the hours I've played I've only seen one. Which was today where the guy was proned behind a building and killed me through it.

hmm. I encountered only one cheater so far on ko op who had infinite amount of mines. i noticed that since i joined him and had infinite mine in my own inventory as well. but otherwise, i didnt encountered any cheater so far..

Using focus can reveal roughly where the jager is at a distance and when close enough will see an outline of you behind walls or cover lmao

I met my first cheater too! I was playing invasion mode as a Jaegar. I shot him in his stomach, kill-cam shown, but he stood still. Then I quickly shoot him again at his balls, turned around and ran, and woke up (RS) as many German soldiers as possible along the way. Then I exit the mission. Though I couldn't get my kill count, I think it might piss the cheater off a bit?

Invaded about 24 people so far, 23 kills out of 24.

I haven't run into any cheaters yet, also before someone inevitably claims "bro you don't even own the game", i have it via Gamepass.

I've met 2 god mode cheaters as a invader as well, where kill cam shots to the head has no effect, etc.
They just walked through all bullet fire like it wasnt even there until they reached me and killed me.
I tried using the in-game report function, but it's useless when you get kicked from the game before you have a chance to report them.
By the time you realize they are cheating you are usually dead or close to being dead with the host closing the server.
Worst report function ever.

I also did some research to find where these god mode cheats are coming from, and it seems they are readily available as singleplayer cheats that simply work in multiplayer as well due to how the game is made.
You'd think EAC would be actively hunting down these things for their newly released/supported games, but nope.

Thing is, you can disable EAC and still be matchmade with EAC-enabled players.

So for example:

I disable EAC, i load up god-mode and ESP and whatever other nightmare i can think of

You have EAC enabled, which is scanning your game for modifications, but since it's disabled on my end, i can do whatever i want with MY game, your EAC isn't looking at me, it's looking at you.

Does the stupid in this implementation seem obvious yet? It's really weird.

I've invaded a lot, but i'm on my 50th kill soon.
Here is the clip the post originally mentions. I was letting my friend play a couple rounds to see if he enjoys it. He doesn't really play games that often anymore yada yada. So after we got the killcam, he turned to me to highfive me to which I replied. That is why we stood still after the killcam happened, he was so excited and then RIP cus cheater

Also look at the amount of bullets the boi is firing thru the wall. He could've focussed or had some other way to spot us. But prior to this, we had encountered about 60 nonlethal landmines in a long corridor

I do not understand how people find cheating in a game like this fun.

Also, using focus is easy enough to spot the Jager, i've done it to a lot of people and killed them through walls with AP ammo.

A lot of people seem to forget that as the main character you can focus to spot things close to you and use it to shoot the jager through the wall before they can do anything about it.
