The game still supports Vulkan, as to whether it'll just let you boot on older systems is a separate matter.
Windows 7 is 13 years old system and windows 8 will be "merely" 10 years old in couple of months. Both are ancient, it's really time to upgrade.

both are so ancient that they support almost all new technologies. I was already able to run it on 7, it was installed in the plock launch file, I removed it

Any chance you could elaborate on what you did to run it on Win7? Curious what kind of block you're talking about exactly. Did you have to modify the executable?

not at all I had to open the startup file and see the lock on the axis of the processors

if you want a joke, the game works on 7 and 8, but the launch itself is blocked by the developers on the launch file
