How to change Flags ?
Any Idea on how to add a flag to the Game since it says in game about custom/flag but no actual File to do ?

Where do I find those folders? I haven't got them in my computer

You need to go to the custom folder in your P&R folder and drag your picture into the "flags" folder, if there isnt a "flags" folder then create one. Make sure the picture is JPEG and meet the conditions. Reload the game and the flag should be able to be selected.
I mean, I've bought this game in Steam and the folders seem to be in a webpage into Steam, which I cannot access... So now what?
