Error 102 and how to fix it

I´ve had this Problem and now I know the solution to it.

You have to e-mail the eversim support (email: [e-mail]) and send them your SteamID 64. There is two ways to find out your SteamID 64

1. (The easier one) Send them the Link to your Steam Account´s Community Profile Page, for example: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/718390???????????
To do this I went to a Browser and logged into steam, then I clicked on my name (between
community and chat on the top of the Page) and then I simply copied my URL and I´ve sent it to the very nice support


OR

2. (For me personally the harder way as im playing on mac) Find the _error.txt file, its generated and stored in C:/Users/**your account**/Documents/Power & Revolution/ or C:/Users/**your account**/Documents/Power & Revolution 2019 Edition/ AFTER you find the file you send it to the support email and they´ll do it themselves

Explanation: This is a Licence Problem, probably the game is already installed on 3 computers.

The support was very nice and (typically) very quick. In my case they had a problem and the email wasnt sent, so they´ve resent it. Their first email was actually sent about after 24 hours.

All in all I´d rate the support a 10/10, hopefully this post has helped you out if you´ve had the same Problem

Yeah they do not care, they just take money, SCAM company, hope you been liking my scripts on how great of a company you have, fixed your issues yet, no but your still taking money from everyone, SCAM company SCAM.

Hey yeah i know bud sorry your on the end of this, thanks for the work you do in the community, just seriously mad, that they can charge top dollar and then we have issues like this, its really a disgrace that a company can charge over $50 AUD for a game that you have to then email them to fix, what is the point of them even being on steam, i personally have played well over 10k hours since RON, im a long long long term player that has owned every game since RON, both on and off steam, i stuck around when RON was horrible, and i mean horrible, the game code has gotten better so has the graphics, but when dedicated players have put in so many hours, and for players to get a smack in the face like this, its crap, and ill keep going till they either ban me or i get something from either, André, Louis-Marie or Pascal, they owe the community a solution better than email, its a joke..

Yeah, it´s really annoying. It´s a shame fans get treated that way. I personally haven´t played any other games just Power and Revolution 4, I love the game but it´s really a shame if you can only play it under such circumstances. I mean Imagine a Person buys the game after 20 years and the company can´t help in that Issue anymore. You have to look at it from their stance tho, it´s a independent game with its own website operating from France, I can see why they´re trying to "protect" the game with this licence reinforcement. You probably wouldn´t want 20 people playing the game if only one of them bought it either, right? The Price is still a tad too much for my liking tho.

the activation is ridiculous tbh. Probably illegal honestly as it is steams job to validate DRM, they dont have a right to do this. i emailed them and if dont get a reply within few days i may email steam and see what they say about this absurd nonsense
