How can I obtain more Titan Shards?

I finished the game on Entropy 8 (altough the achievement only says 5+) and it was pretty hard but I only got 3 Titan Shards. Do I need to go over 10 to get more?

Every entropy level gives you titan shards. From entropy 1 all the way up to maximum entropy. You also get titan shards for completing each stage of the Rev device.

Doing Entropy 8 doesn't give you the Titan Shards for Entropy 1-8. You can clear one Entropy level each run.

I'm assuming you only got the Titan Shards for an Entropy 1 clear.

Beating an Entropy level above your current Heat Level will raise the Heat Level by one, instead of jumping right to your current level. (Mostly so you can't just blitz through it with a lucky run)

When picking Entropy Conditions, as long as the Entropy Level is on fire, you'll get Titan Shard rewards. You also get Titan Shards for doing the story events involving the REV Device, too.

You also get some by doing the lore mission but not as much than doing entropy lvl.
