Unlocking other colors?

Not sure if this involves spoilers, but how do you unlock other colors for all the characters?

6 of the pallets involve collecting the whole set of its respective core. if you want an easier time at that just start an endless run and play until you get them all.
you unlock another pallet for beating entropy level 20.
you also get a pallet for beating the final boss for the first time
you get a pallet themed around each characters respective renevent (the hard mode characters. you unlock them after beating entropy level 5
you unlock one for getting the true ending.
that should be most of them, although theres one more pallet that i dont remember the unlock requirement for
