Need more explanation..

2. Does Charging Force prototype also lowering damages of repros?
3. The item that collecting beams will add more damage, i never found the beams, and i use nina.. where is it?

1: it removes the spawn rules for augments, just like it says, meaning prototypes can appear as normal loot, etc.

2: unsure haven't seen this one yet

3: beams are Nina's weapons (I assume(it's the only thing I've seen remotely similar to a beam in the game))

Note that this affects more than you might expect. Pick up a Friendogel hoping for a Repro? Nope, have a prototype that cripples your build. There's a reason this is itself a prototype, one of a couple where the benefit is the drawback.

it is said "Primary Weapons deal 50% more damage, but other primary attacks deal 50% less."

you mean prototype, cores and augments can drops like normal health drop?

1. Madness Fountain basically makes it so that anything can spawn anywhere. Cores in Very Safe Labs, Prototypes in the Shop, etc. Even affects things which give you random augs/repros, like It's Egg! and Trader deals.

2. Charging Force only reduces the damage of uncharged or half-charged Primary Weapon attacks. It doesn't affect Repros or Powers, despite its description.

3. Beam Enthusiast gives you a damage bonus when you have multiple beams equipped, which are acquired from Contemplation Shrines. Additionally, Beam Enthusiast gives you a random extra beam whenever you pick one up. "Acquire more Beams."

I typically love Madness Fountain but had a recent run that made me a lot more wary of what it does. I picked up the Memory that gives you 2 random repros, but Fountain caused one of those items to actually be Grey Goo. It gave me a good laugh before I quit the run.
