Scrap Incarnate? Spoilers?

How much scrap do I need before going to the one level? I went in with 30 but nothing's different.

Also do I need 3 prototype augs for the other one?

Also also, is the item you get for beating the stage 9 boss in Rush Job one of the four "keys"?

Also also also, who is "The Third" and how do I get their "key"?

50 or greater. You'll know when the Dustria portal has a ring around it.

And yes, 3 full augs, not reset.

Try using both Shopaholic and Shopsmasher. Together, you get roughly 1 scrap per 10 nuts and a bunch of augs in the process. Keep checking with the merchant until you can start with one or both.
