It is the same game. When the game got localized it became Heavenly Guardian, but for the Steam release it looks like they just used the Japanese title. I am surprised to see that this old game is now suddenly on Steam.

From what I found, it seems like the game was also recently re-released at the end of 2018 on the Japanese Nintendo E-Shop by the same developers/publishers.

the japanese title here doesn't say heavenly Guardian, though.

Bleh, this 'game' is freakin boring. Sadly it's been 4 weeks since purchase so I'm out $8 on this trash.
