[Help Required] Game stuck on loading screen.

My game is stuck on the loading screen for any match that I play. Neither the saved games are getting loaded, and the game eventually shows unresponsive on Task Manager.
I've tried reinstalling the game on Steam, verifying integrity of files and resetting the academy too, but the issue still remains.
It was perfectly fine until last couple of months.
Any help would be highly valuable.
