Controller Issues

Hi I have just purchased Cricket 19.
I am using the same controller with which I used to play Don Bradman Cricket 14, but I facing problems with using the Right Analog Stick. While bowling when I pull down the Right Analog Stick, it doesn't do anything and the bowler stops his action.

So I checked it again. Only up and down directions are not working within the game. Left and right are working fine. Also, when I tested my controller in Windows 10 USB Network Joystick settings, every button, left and right analog sticks, all axes seem to be working absolutely fine.

So, is this a problem in the game? Is everyone facing this issue? How am I supposed to play a straight drive while batting, or take a jump and release the ball while bowling?

No idea. I've used the same controller with every version of the game without issues. Obviously not a controller issue if it works with other games. I think there are 2 options for controlling the player, classic and something else (from memory!). Why not select the other method and try that?

Yes, another one is standard. I'm using it for now, but it's not fun

Have you clicked on the Mode button that lights up red when you press it? If it's the Playmax controller that came with Bradman 14, you need to click Mode to get the right analog stick to register as an analog stick instead of as a copy of the first four buttons.

try checking the steam configuration,i had same issue
the controller had axis 4 for vertical movement then i changed it to axis 3 using controller and then it worked fine

In starting my controller is work but know is not working in only this game i play many other game it work properly give some solution
