black screen cricket 19

recently bought the game .when i launch the game i am seeing black screen no visuals.there is music is coming . help me [pc]

I may have found the problem and solution. I tried lots of things reading various forums, also tried disabling GPU to no avail. Windowed mode, etc. For me it seems to have been because of the Demo version installation setting conflicting with this one despite previously uninstalling demo version. The settings still remain. I completely uninstalled the full game. Then renamed (pseudo delete) the following directories:

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cricket 19 (D:\steamlibrary is my steam installation location)
This PC>Documents>My Games>Cricket 19 (renamed this as well to keep backup)

Then fully reinstalled and ran the game with default settings and it worked fine.

Try this and let me know if it works.

Check your antivirus. It might be blocking the game from accessing your Documents folder.
