PS4 controller not recognizing.
I have a ps4 controller plugged in via MicroUSB and i use DS4 to load drivers. The ps4 controller is connected however it doesnt work in game. i have to do a full calibration on steam big picture and that doesnt work all the time. How do i fix this? what do i use? is it only Xbox controllers?

I use a PS4 controller with a bluetooth USB adapter and it works fine. I've had the issue of it not recognizing it and the only way to fix it so far for me is by restarting my PC.

I have exactly the same issue. PS4 controller not recognised by the game at all. Have played other games on steam previously with no issue.

Don't use the ds4 driver. Just connect it via bluetooth and switch on that setting in steam and you're ready to go.
