Crashing on startup

The game has been crashing on startup since I bought it. Uninstalled twice and re-installed twice now. Still not working. Gets past the opening logos and then on the fullscreen player screen it would stop at "loading scenarios" and just quit.

are you using generic controller? unplug the controller and start it and when it loads reconnect your controller. I had the same issue but now it works fine.

no im using xbox360 controller for windows,i did as u said but still the issue persists

There was an issue with AMD Radeon which was using windows 7 and they helped my friend. Once there patch went through the bugs were fixed. You need to contact the support team and get their help.

i have a similar problem. i can go through the menus fine but in the loading screen in crashes. it just started happening one day and i have reinstalled it and verified it multiple times but still no change.

i found the fix
after loading to the main screen(before the menus) dont press start, wait for the cutscene to play and when the cutscene starts a match go to the main menu then it wont crash on loading screen
BTW i found it on my own and the support was very poor i refunded the game
