Shank 3 ?

Is there gonna be a Shank 3 one day ? because the game ended on a Cliffhanger kinda..

there will be no Shank 3 game. If it were possible, it would have been released a long time ago. All that they wanted to add, they added to Shank 2, and its history is long over ... at least I hope that the DLC for Shank 2 will at least revive the activity among fans a little. DLC would be the best option.
since something made them release the game earlier, but it’s obvious that for the survival they didn’t all add what they wanted and it would be good for this mode to make some kind of addition

I think they have big profits without the Shank series.
it’s much more profitable for them to develop their popular games.

I suspect that Klei themself tries to forget about Shank dilogy (probably because it's too masculine for modern world "standards") it's rarely on sale, it doesnt bundled together wtih their other products, it was delisted on consoles and wasnt remastered like mark of the ninja. Also steam version was censored. It's sad because Shank dilogy introduced me to Klei and their unique games.
OR EA who published Shank 1 and 2 doesn't allow them to develop new entry, who knows? EA is evil so everything is possible :D

Is Klei still dependent on EA?

No but it doesnt matter when it's about publishing rights. For example Remedy had to bought their own game (Alan Wake) from Microsoft who used to be publisher to make a sequels

They've said that it's not on their radar sadly :(

The sad truth is that shank didnt sell nearly as well as other IPs , and they didnt even make marks of the ninja 2 .
Shank 3 is not looking to be profitible enough to go unto production , that just the reality.of.it.

When you Love a game you should buy it and support it so hopefully therr will be more like.it
