Can this PLEASE run @ 120hz???!?!?!

I still haven't had any luck. I have a gaming laptop that has 120hz display and it will only run at 120hz, it seems.

Some have managed to sort this out with little effort, but for me... just isn't happening.

Yeah I have a 75hz monitor and it's never worked either :-(
