Surprised to not see any comments here and on the reddit of about Door 11 of the Advent calendar:

Not surprised the dlc is more indepth Visitors mechanics, very happy there will be more on food. Hopefully there will be poison and murder mystery at the social events.

That we get a ligthhouse (likely to the far left of the screen if it turns out to be built in the realm of flesh and stone) was already teased by Kennedy's "holiday photos"* But I wonder to what exstent we get to build it? Seekin premission from the Supression beurau, or founding from the King to build could be somthing Dr.Dee might do, though I am quite sure Prospero would have magicked up a tempest to build it for him, while Faust might get the devil to rend the earth, as earthquakes are great if you subcontract enugh fire-salamanders.
