The Oracle of the Pale Mother

Spoilers for an incident from the House of Light DLC.

So I've talked to Connie, who wants I believe a manuscript to end the incident. She doesn't give you a specific skill, just a little lore bit that you have to decipher. I am stumped, wondered if anyone else has completed this. Here's the bit Connie gives:

"It is in the gift of the youngest Oculate that the Monster-Mother keeps the Jewel of Ys from the Pale Mother. The 'Mother of Monsters' is Echidna the Ligeian, the youngest Constable-Oculate is Connie Lee, but what of the rest? I really don't know where to start. But something here reminds me of Brancrug. So I hope you might have an idea"

I never completed this particular story but I'll try to make some guesses.
On the one hand, "Jewel of Ys" can be literal, then you likely need Eva's Treasury book.
On the other, "Pale Mother" reminds me of a "Pale Lady", which is again Eva but maybe the book "To a Pale Lady" would be better.

I didn't have either of the books you mentioned, but I did have "A Pale Lady and a Prince of Wines" so figured I would try that, and it looks like the incidents advanced. I assume using any book from Eva works then. Thanks for the help! [/spoilers]
