Salon cooking question

I am working to prepare a full dinner salon but am running into a problem. I have invited douglas moore, but I cannot find any side dish that has the lantern aspect. How can I include him without food that fits his interests?

But don't I need a dish in every category (drink, side, main, pudding, and appetizer or whatever the fourth was) for every person? Six guests, six dishes in each category.

No 1 dish for each person does not matter if its a side or main or ect. and for 5-6 people you will need a double of atleast 1 dish.

Also not 100% on if all dishes are needed or not I have always served them all for dinner and elevenses and just side dishes for picnics.


Also as i posted in another thread food types or ingredients may have an effect I had atleast 1 guest have a talk about the food I served

I should clarify each guest needs 1 food item(can be a main dish, side, first course, pudding/dessert) and a Drink(any beverage but some guests will refuse alcohol)
