Duplicate wall decoration stuck in inventory

Title says it all. I have an extra copy of 'Lady Tryphon' stuck in my inventory that I can't get out, because the space it got pulled from already is filled with... Lady Tryphon!

I can't burn it, as wall art isn't destroyable. I can't place it on the bridge. Its now just cluttering up my inventory slots forever.

I recognize that this isn't really the solution you're looking for, but the game does keep backups of autosaves, which I didn't realize for quite a while. If the duplication didn't happen very long ago, you could load a backup from before.

Also, you should be able to put wall art anywhere it fits. Not sure if the duplicate you have is somehow bugged to not be able to go on any wall at all, but I was able to find a spot where Lady Tryphon can fit in Solomon's Study, like so:

I have never moved wall art before besides for inspiration, so I didn't even know if there were 'empty spots' for it, and trying to find one made me think it was a slot system.

I suppose this portrait, clearly from an alternate history of some sort, is going to be living in Solomon's Study, despite how badly it clashes with the room!

Glad I could help! As you unlock more rooms, you might be able to find a more suitable spot for her, but it seems that Hush House doesn't have very many bare walls for any painting-twins that might traverse from their history to our own.

I have found a location for the two paintings to converse. The Gaol Hall is sadly unsuited for Lady Tryphon, but none of my 'grail aspected' rooms have the wall space, so the paintings will have to live with it.
