BUG: Edicts Marshal Level 5 loses ability co create Old Wound
This has come up elsewhere in the forum, once you have raised edicts marshal to level 5, the edge (5) causes it to create a Labhitic Tincture, even in cases where Moon exceeds Edge. Raising Moon to 11, forces the creation of a Wormwood Dream -- so here again, Old Wound (which is ever so useful) becomes locked out.

I've tried crafting in a number of venues (e.g. birdsong, illumination, horomachistry, hushery) and it doesn't change this particular outcome.

From my perspective, I can get LT from other skills, would it be possible to adjust Edicts Marshal so that it doesn't create LT?
