I like the character of DI Douglas Moore
I'm of course not certain, but I'm pretty sure he is the "Weary Detective" from Cultist Simulator.

There, an annoying opponent, here a likeable old man, who just wants to retire and be left alone, but still takes his job seriously. Here he also gets the chance to explain why he is working for the Bureau, and why he agrees that more people becoming Long is a problem.

In general, I like how the Bureau got a more nuanced presentation in this game. It's not just good and evil, after all.

Yeah, it's him. I believe you can learn his name in Cultist Simulator, you either need to recruit him or make him your rival

It's quite amazing how characters are unfolding in just several sentences. I do enjoy Graffine a lot. And the prison governor through the description of his belongings.

I've been very cautious in CS, and never interacted with the hunters beyond what is necessary to prevent getting arrested. I'll go back to CS though, once I finish my current playthrough of BoH, because I haven't finished any of the DLC yet.

Graffine? I don't remember that name, so I guess I just haven't met them yet.
I haven't "considered" the stuff of Collers yet, guess I'll have to invest some time to go through his stuff.
