So where do you guys store the books in the late game?
When those 3 rooms with shelves aren't enough anymore.

The vaults for important stuff, Librarian Bedroom to quarantine stuff, then Fludd Gallary end tables hold quite a good number as well. Have all nectar books sitting in the Map Room. Have considered the shelves in Motley Tower, yet I find those annoying to navigate and thus only keep reagents there.

Right now, I'm organizing unread/read books vertically downward starting with Fludd to Severn to Westcott to Reading. I had to try to organize by Aspect but....that was untenable.

The Map Room is Quarantine.

I try to keep all my key Memory source and Numen source books in Librarian's Quarters, but it's a struggle.

The Vestibulum Transitus is looking MIGHTY attractive right now, not gonna lie.

Y'all doing it wrong. Clearly the morgue is for quarantine lol.

Severn-Westcot-Reading-Map can store almost all the books I've read, even after exploring every room. "Special" books go into the Librarian quarter. Foreign books I can't translate yet go in the bridge and servants quarters. If I need more room, I'll clear the Fludd gallery out of tools and use he shelves there.

I for once use Fludd Gallery for scrolls/audio records. I really wish we had a place dedicated for scrolls.

I put my 4 aspect books in some of the early rooms and use the reading room for read (left) and unread (right) books with the overflow of read books going to that bedroom two floors above. That room in between which also has a desk is my tool and ink room. Books I can't read or cursed books go to some far away room. Also, all the food goes into the pantry and all the beverages in the rooms to the right of that. Candles go into the second bedroom and hospital. Other materials go into either the lab or the room with the dispensary. Scrolls get their special room after they are read and recordings go elsewhere as well. Flowers/Plants go into that room that starts out with lots of plants. Fuel in that storeroom where the paint is stored.

Around the desks, a single read book for each available Memory, preferably of the same dominant Principle as book's own, preferably with appropriately colored cover. Most other books that are already read don't matter anymore, there are enough nooks and crannies. Things that aren't yet read are organized by strength of Mystery.

Some 160+ books in 5 rooms (4 of which are adjacent, sorted by primary aspect, with an extra one for the "special" tomes. Scrolls and tapes are near the appropriate bookshelves for maximum compactness.

I have a little "reference library" (one of each book per specific memory) that takes up about half the reading room. The other books that give duplicate memories go wherever they can go depending on what I've unlocked. I keep them sorted by mystery for easy access for visitors but I never touch them again so it doesn't really matter. Any room that will fit them.

I keep one book for each memory I have, and make sure to have at least one higher level book of each aspect for (Numa) visitors. The rest get thrown onto the bridge.
