I figured that out, so I used a different method to do it one by one.
If you go to the Sweet Bones during Numa you have the option to work, and if you choose to do so it takes up the entire day and awards you with a Silver Spintria instead of a Sixpence. This gives a malady to whatever soul card you use for every card except Mettle, which makes me thing this is either unintentional or that Mettle doesn't have a malady. Could be wrong though, so I thought I'd post it here.
Chor: Duendratic

Mettle is missing. Could be an oversight, could be to do with the nature of Mettle.
There's a malady for each part of the soul, except Mettle, each with a specific name - dependent on the soul, not the source of the malady. Separate from that, there's 4 classes of book contamination, each with 2 flavours (e.g. theoplasma can be actinic or chionic). So, total of 8 book contaminations, each affecting 2 different EotS, such that every one (except Mettle!), can be hit by 2 different things.
Ah, that settles it. Thank you for cracking it, I would have tried if I knew how to open a .json file.
These results agree with what I got doing it manually, so I'm willing to say it's intentional. If you want to try the technique with this in mind, go ahead and enjoy the spoils I suppose.
