Can't find last few busts.

Anybody know where to find the 8th, 11th, 12th and 13th librarians' busts? I'm assuming those last 2 can be left blank, but I'm not sure.

I think you do have to put an item for your own bust, but it can be anything (after all, it straight-up tells you this.)
