Non-weather memory with a level 3 principle

Probably been asked allready but i cant find it. The shadowed stairs (the square room under the bridge) can only be opened by using a memory (not weather) with any principle at lvl 3. But i have never seen a non-weather memory have a lvl 3 principle. Pls tell me how to get it.

Crafting! There's several memories available, some of them at the 'prentice level (tier 5 principle), which themselves have more than tier 3 principle.

Also, some beasts give level 4 memories when talked to

the easiest is probably crafting a sky song with 10 skies
or crafting a knife memory with 5 knife, and hten using that to craft a better knife memory with 10 knife if you dont have enough knife yet


learning to craft and (re)read books to efficiently generate memories en mass is gonna be a very helpfull skillset to develop, especially once you start leveling up skills
